I was here from out of the state and experienced mechanical problems and knew no one. After researching the internet I decided to go see Rich at Machado's. My experience turned out to be very satisfying. Rich was very professional, honest, fairly priced and fast. I recommend him highly.

The computer in my 2000 Dodge Ram died. Rich installed a new one and tested long enough to see it failed. He installed another and kept testing till it proved reliable. After traveling 4000 miles on vacation, I am very pleased with his devotion to his customers.

Machado's is amazing! It was quite a drive for me but well worth the trip. The dealership wanted to do more than what was actually needed. Machado's found the problem and repaired it without having to buy new parts saving me LOTS of money.

Good work at a fair price.

Great, honest and fast. Brought a cargo van to him thinking I needed new shocks. Instead of simply agreeing with me and charging for unnecessary repairs, he stated the replacement was not needed at this time- that the shocks still looked relatively new. I will continue to take my vehicles there not only for regular maintenance (oil change, inspections, etc.), but for larger repairs as well. He has won me over and gained a customer for life. Great communication, easy to get in, fast to get out. Repairs even cost a little less than quoted by other shops. Very happy all-around.
